Our Office accepts payments by cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard. If you have any questions regarding financing or payment, ask our team! We are more than happy to explain your choices and we work hard to accommodate your financial needs.
Insurance
We accept most insurance programs. Some of these include: Metlife, Delta Dental, Guardian, Cigna, United Concordia, First Dental Health, Aetna, etc.
If you belong to a traditional insurance plan, we can assist you by filing your insurance claim. Traditional insurance is usually one which you can choose any dentist you want. Insurance policies vary greatly and we do not belong to DMA or Medical insurance plans. We will be happy to review your insurance plan with you if you have any questions.
Please remember that insurance is a benefit for you and your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
Here are some facts we'd like to share with you about dental coverage:
- Your dental insurance is based on a contract between your employer and the insurance company. We try to estimate your benefits to the best of our ability, but differences may arise which may require you to contact your insurance company directly for more information.
- Plans often state they cover "up to 80% or up to 100%" but do not clearly specify the fee schedule, annual maximums, or limitations.
